I have setup a global system variable - FUSION_OFX_PLUGIN_PATH to point to C:\Program Files\Common Files\OFX\Fusion_Plugins ( I have also created that folder called Fustion_Plugins) and rebooted my computer. Plugins will be search for within both a 'Plugins' and 'Fusion' subdir within the specified path.
